I’m a therapist-turned-coach and author with nearly 20 years of clinical experience and training. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people to heal, grow, and transform their lives.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuroscience, somatic therapy, mindfulness, IFS, and the healing arts.
